Refunds & Cancellations

1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
To cancel, contact us at Hello@nutfusion.com or call +91 9423114223. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
We accept refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or defective products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
✅ Wrong product delivered: Notify us within 48 hours and we'll resolve it promptly.
❌ Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind — products are sealed and non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
